Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Fox Valley Park District, until the hour of 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 21, 2019 at the office of the Fox Valley Park District, Cole Administration Center, 101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, Illinois 60506 to provide Concessions Services for the Fox Valley Park District, in accordance with instructions to bidders and specifications attached. Proposal specifications and instructions may be accessed from https://www.foxvalleyparkdistrict.org/our-mission/bids-rfps-results/
There will be a mandatory facility walk through and a question and answer meeting at the Vaughan Athletic Center on March 6, 2019 @ 11:00 a.m. (Please meet at the front desk.)
Proposals will be opened at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 21, 2019 in the Cole Center (101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, IL 60506).
Any proposals received after this date and time will not be opened.
Proposals should be submitted, as per instructions, on the appropriate bid form.
Each bidder shall submit three (3) copies of their proposal on the form(s) supplied by the District. Each proposal shall be sealed in an envelope marked “Food & Beverage Concession Services” and delivered to:

Attn: Clerk of the Board
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive or not to waive any informality therein or, to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the Fox Valley Park District.
