Description:

The project consists of street and drainage improvements along portions of Hill Street, Solomon Street and South 5th Street in downtown Griffin, Georgia. The work includes areas of new curb and gutter, asphalt overlay, parking and travel lane striping, handicap ramps, crosswalk improvements, and new storm drainage.

Any Contractor submitting a bid response must be licensed by the State of Georgia and must be a prequalified Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Contractor. In order to obtain a complete set of Bidding Documents/Project Manual and be on record as an Official Bidder contact Paragon Consulting Group of Griffin (770-412-7700), the manager of this project.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at the City of Griffin, 100 S. Hill Street, Griffin, Georgia, at 10:00 a.m. local time in the 3rd Floor Conference Room. Attendance is not mandatory but all interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend.
