Description: Per NCGS 143-129 sealed bids for Demolition of Various Properties (listed herein) CITY OF WILSON BID NUMBER (2425-04), will be received from providers/contractors by the City of Wilson, Purchasing Office (hereinafter called the “City”) in the Purchasing Office at the City Operations Center 1800 Herring Avenue, E. Wilson, North Carolina 27893 until above date and time which time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.(* Note that if a property is demolished by the owner before or during the advertising or award period, it will be removed individually and deducted from the awarded vendor’s total bid price as priced on the (attachment A) pricing sheet. Properties containing ACM are notated in RFP. Not all properties in the NESHAP report are included in this RFP for pricing, use the information only pertaining to properties in this RFP.
