1. The metal roof addition should be single-slopped.
2. 400 amp electrical panels needs to be added.
3. A 9' 6" drop ceiling needs to be added to the existing training room.
4. The side door to the existing station needs to be eliminated.
5. The panel will need to be sheet rock.
6. Add drywall to the existing training room.

Response: 1. The Florence County STFD (owner) will be responsible for kitchen appliances. 2. Office area flooring needs to be 2x2 carpet tile and kitchen and living quarters needs to be a commercial LVT flooring.
