Description: CCWA is seeking the services of qualified Georgia professional engineering firms for On-Demand Engineering Services to continue supporting the implementation of the 2015 Update of the Strategic Master Plan (SMP) (see Attachment A – 2015 Update of the Strategic Master Plan) and future master plans. The SMP includes a listing of the major projects, estimated planning level cost, total benefit score, brief project description, and predecessor and successor projects. The actual work awarded under this contract will be based on follow up studies and recommendations, available funding and direction by CCWA and may also include projects not specifically listed in the SMP. Additionally, a new SMP will be completed by 2020, per our typical 10 year planning cycle. It is the CCWA’s intention to award a Master Service Contract for a five-year term to one or multiple firms to support the needs of CCWA. Work under this contract will be on “As Needed, When Needed” basis.
