Notice is hereby given that the Town of Medley, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the Town, will receive sealed written Responses at the Town Clerk’s office at the Medley Municipal Services Facility, 7777 N.W. 72^nd Avenue, Medley, Florida 33166, for:

The Town is seeking a qualified Consultant to complete the Town of Medley Sidewalk Masterplan. The study will achieve two primary outcomes.

1.    Collect and analyze existing conditions to identify deficiencies

2.    Prepare a master planning study to outline the findings and recommended townwide sidewalk improvements.

The scope of the project will include the following tasks.

1.    Project kickoff and stakeholder engagement.

2.    Data collection.

3.    Community engagement.

4.    Preliminary sidewalk master plan report.

5.    Final report.

The FDOT Local Agency Program funding for services pursuant to this RFQ requires that all proposing teams include at least one (1) firm or individual that has been prequalified by FDOT in each of the following FDOT standard work types:

·         6.1   - Traffic Engineering Studies

·         13.4  - Systems Planning

·         13.5  - Sub Area/Corridor Planning

Copies of the RFQ, Agreement, Scope of Services and all other solicitation related documents will only be made available on Town of Medley website under “Request for Qualifications” at www.townofmedley.com. Requests for additional information or clarifications regarding the RFQ must be made in writing. Proposers may e-mail their requests for additional information or clarifications to bidinfo@townofmedley.com no later than 5:00 PM on August 9^th, 2021. All interested proposers MUST be registered on Vendor Registry at www.vendorregistry.com prior to submittal of a response to this advertisement.

Sealed written Responses must be received by the Town of Medley, Town Clerk’s Office, no later than August 19^th, 2021, at 3:00 PM to the Office of the Town Clerk, Medley Municipal Services Facility, 7777 NW 72nd Avenue, Medley, Florida 33166. The RFQ number and opening date must be clearly noted on the outside of the envelope or package. All Responses received after that time shall be returned unopened.  Faxed or emailed documents are not acceptable.

The Town reserves the right to accept any Responses deemed to be in the best interest of the Town, to waive any minor irregularities, scrivener’s errors, omissions, and/or technicalities in any of the Responses or to reject any or all Responses and to re-advertise for new Responses, in accordance with the applicable sections of Florida Statutes, the Town Code of Ordinances, and this RFQ.
