Question: GEN-20 requires E-verify forms. 1) Can we send you our E-verify Cert instead? 2) if not, where are the forms you need?

Response: Before the RFB will be awarded the winning bidder will be asked to produce their E-verify. No need to produce it in order to bid.

Question: Hi, I just tried to access e-verify and the sites states that due to the government shutdown, it is not operable. Thanks

Response: The winning bidder can provide E-Verify when the bid is awarded.

Question: I realize the quantities for the planners are ballpark and may change. My question is do the schools order students planners once per year or are they ordered multiple times per year (as needed)? Thank you

Response: Planners are ordered once per year.

Question: Are all of the planners shipped to one location or are they shipped directly to the schools? What was the value of the last bid completed for these planners? (We need management signatures and this will let us know who needs to sign the submitted bid) Thank you
