Alabama A&M University (“University”) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide office paper to the University for one (1) calendar year from the notice of bid award. Alabama A&M University reserves the right to terminate a contract for cause or convenience at any time.

The awarded vendors must follow Federal and State of Alabama laws and Alabama A&M University policies and procedures throughout the duration of the contract.
