Description: Sealed bids for Cooters Pond Parking Improvements - Bid No.: 024-009 will be received by the City of Prattville in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067, until 10:00 am, Thursday, July 25, 2024, and at that time publicly opened and read aloud at said location.

The bracket estimate on this project is from $350,000.00 to $375,000.00. This bracket range is shown only to provide general financial information to contractors and bonding companies concerning the project’s complexity and size. This bracket should not be used in preparing a bid, nor will this bracket have any bearing on the decision to award the contract. 


The principal items of work are approximate as follows:  8,240 SY of Parking Lot Grade, Drain, Base, and Pave

The entire project shall be completed in 30 working days.
To be eligible for consideration, bids must be submitted on complete original proposals made available by the owner. Bid documents (including plans and proposals) are available through the digital plan room at Alabama Graphics, www.algraphicplanroom.com. Bid documents are on file at Prattville City Hall Annex, 102 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067. No bid documents will be distributed later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled opening of bids.

All bids and proposals SHALL be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the Bidder, Bidder’s license number, license expiration date, category, address and name of the project. Envelopes containing bids and proposals must be addressed as follows, and delivered to:
