Type of Addition: No Public Opening
Overview: Several people have asked me if they have to come to the public opening of the bids. For the chemical bids, we always open those with the department head and reach out to the winners within a few days. You are not required to attend a meeting, especially with the COVID-19 outbreaks happening. My apologies for not making this better known. Please submit your bids via the mail and we will open and get back to you in a few days. Obviously the bid is open to the public but attendance it not mandatory. Thank you so much.
