Description: The scope of the project Derbyshire Neighborhood Sidewalks Phase I – Vine Street and Third
Street is within the City of Daytona Beach. The scope of the project involves sidewalk and
drainage improvements on Vine Street (from Brentwood Drive to Fourth Street) and the additive
alternate work is 3rd Street (From Vine Street to Nova Road/SR5A). The proposed typical
sidewalk section is 4” thick, 2500 psi concrete, except for driveway locations receiving 6” thick,
2500 psi slabs on top of a 6” thick stabilized subbase. Majority of the sidewalk is 6’ wide, except
for approximately 272 feet long section of 4’ wide sidewalk. The total project length is 3,144 LF
(approximately .60 miles).
