Response: No major updates for most of them unless, essentials duties have changed. ADA information may need to be updated.

Question: The RFP said to expect some employee involvement - what employee involvement does the City anticipate?

Response: Speaking with consultants about the essential duties of identified positions.

Question: Does the project include Public Safety roles? If so, is there a separate Pay Plan/Pay Grid/Salary Structure for the Public Safety roles?

Response: Please see addendum #1. No public safety roles will be included in the study, with the exception on non-sworn positions in the PD and Fires Administrative Staff.

Question: Explain what the City is looking for in terms of an Implementation Plan.

Response: We would like to see 2-3 different options for implementation. They should address areas such as compression, equity, longevity and competition amongst other local governments and employers.
