Description: Dorchester County requests sealed bids from qualified companies for the provision and installation of insulation and roof panels for the Sheriff's Office Training Room. The project scope will include installing insulation to the existing deck (2 options); installing new 3 ft. metal roofing panels (owner will choose color); and installing new ridge cap and trim as needed. Removal of old insulation will be an additional add-on option that may be included at the option of the owner.
