Description: The District is requesting Bid Submittals from firms licensed in the state of Florida to provide all materials/equipment (see Appendix A, Major Equipment List) and labor necessary to ensure eight sites are programmed for remote operations. The District maintains the Campbell LoggerNet software application. The Contractor is to ensure all sites are operable through this system as the Human Machine Interface (HMI) for District staff. No portion of the work will be considered complete or approved, until consistent gate operation via LoggerNet are demonstrated as described in the Statement of Work.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for February 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the Apopka Field Station, West Orange Trail, 111 S Forest Ave, Apopka, FL 32703. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to review the project area and to present questions to staff and obtain clarification on the requirements of the bid documents. For mandatory pre-bid conferences, the District will only accept bids from those firms attending the pre-bid conference.
