Question: • Please clarify which Morin wall system is to be used at wall and soffit locations. Are the metal panels to be Morin Classic F-8-0? • Tubelite thermal doors are 1-3/4” thick whereas Tubelite monumental doors are 2” thick. Please clarify if exterior aluminum doors are to be thermal or monumental doors? • Specification section 084313 Aluminum-Frame Storefronts calls for sunshades however, sunshades are not shown on the plans. Clarify if sunshades will be used in this project. • Specification section 084413 Glazed Aluminum Curtain Walls calls for sunshades however, sunshades are not shown on the plans. Clarify if sunshades will be used in this project. • Specification section 084413 Glazed Aluminum Curtain Walls calls for a 20-year finish warranty however, Tubelite offers a maximum finish warranty of 10-years for Class 1 Anodized finishes. Will a 10-year finish warranty be acceptable? • Specification section 084413 Glazed Aluminum Curtain Walls calls for vertical mullion dimensions to be 2-1/2” x 7-1/2” however, the construction documents detail vertical mullion dimensions as being 2-1/2” x 6”. Clarify which of the two dimensions should be use. • Specification section 084500 Translucent Wall and Roof Assemblies calls for a 20-year finish warranty on the perimeter frame however, the maximum finish warranty for Class 1 Anodized finishes is 10-years. Will a 10-year finish warranty be acceptable? • Specification section 088000 Glazing calls for 3M Window Film. Clarify which elevations are to have film. • Specification section 088000 Glazing calls for C.R. Laurence Co. Vertical Sliding Ticket Windows. C.R. Laurence Co. vertical sliding ticket windows can only accept ¼ inch glass. Clarify if glazing at Window Type 33 will be updated to have a maximum thickness of ¼ inch. • Specifications for glass type GL-15 are missing. Please provide specifications for glass type GL-15 - 1” Bullet-Resistant Glass. • Clarify what glass type is to be installed in frame type 07. • Clarify what glass type is to be installed in frame type 25 - Unit Teller Window. • Door # 1548C has a 60-minute fire rating. Please provide specifications for Aluminum Fire Rated Door Assemblies. • Door # 1548Q could not be found on the floor plan.
