Question: In the pricing sheet sub categories as follows: C2 Concrete work C 11 Landscape and hardscape restoration work (which contained Retaining Wall, Architectural Treatment and HR-1 Ty II Railing identified at Master Item #: 03100-C11-SP002 (130 C.Y), 02800-C11-SP004 (120 S.Y), and 02800-C11-SP005 (190 L.F) accordingly) C 13 Erosion and Sediment Control Work C 19 Retaining Wall which has xxxxx-C19-xxxxx with same quantities as in C11. Do we have two retaining walls or one retaining wall? Kind of Confuse. Please clarify. PCT Qty shown NA and Unit shown %. Please clarify what does those mean. Should be as Qty 1 and Unit as Lump Sum?? Would like to hear from you. Thanks.
Response: C 19 Retaining Wall which has xxxxx-C19-xxxxx with same quantities as in C11. Do we have two retaining walls or one retaining wall? Kind of Confuse. Please clarify. – The retaining wall line item under C19 is a duplicate and should have been removed. I apologize for this as clearly this was my oversight. There is only one retaining wall (please refer to the Revised Pricing Sheet). PCT Qty shown NA and Unit shown %. Please clarify what does those mean. Should be as Qty 1 and Unit as Lump Sum?? Yes. Each of the PCT line Items should be Qty 1 and unit – LS (please refer to the Revised Pricing Sheet).
