Description:

The project involves work at two (2) wastewater pump stations and will be bid under the same project name and formal bid process, but will contain independent project scopes and may result in potentially two (2) separate contracts or divisions of work. Bidders may bid on either one (1) or both of the two (2) contract divisions and their bid still be considered a responsive bid.
Contract 1 – Reeds Creek Pump Station Wet Well Rehabilitation: The project generally consists of improvements to the Reeds Creek Pump Station including wet well rehabilitation and relining, bypass pumping arrangement, and all related appurtenances.
Contract 2 – South Iredell Pump Station Wet Well Rehabilitation and Bar Screen: The Project generally consists of improvements to the South Iredell Pump Station including a new mechanical screen and conveying system, Parshall flume, wet well rehabilitation and relining, bypass pumping arrangement, electrical, controls, dumpster pad, and all related appurtenances.
