Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held in the Morgan County Commission Chambers at the Morgan County Courthouse, 302 Lee St NE, 5th Floor, Decatur, Alabama 35601 on July 26, 2023 at 9:00am CDT. An optional walk through of County facilities will be offered following the meeting. If necessary, additional time can be scheduled for walk throughs on July 28, 2023 for any vendor that attends the pre-bid meeting on July 26, 2023. A signed Certificate of Attendance will be provided after the pre-bid meeting and must be included with each submitted bid. Bids offered without this signed certificate shall be rejected.
