Scope of work:
Install I-Wave or similar IONIC type air cleaners is HVAC equipment at the listed location. Contractor is to provide all labor and materials needed to install and operate all requested air treatment devices. All package units are located on roof of building and are accessible from inside building.
Work must be inspected, and any punch list items completed before final invoice will be submitted for payment.
Install of appropriately sized IONIC style air cleaners in listed units, Plasma Bar type preferred on larger tonnages:

7ea) York ZF240C 20tn Package Unit
3ea) York ZF300C 25tn Package Unit

Contractor walk through will be scheduled for February 18, 2022 at 10:00am.
