BeltLine (“AoAB”) is seeking visual artists, performers,
musicians, lecturers, and art
historians (“Art Professional(s)”) at every stage of their careers to apply for
our 2021-2022 exhibition season.
Historic, environmental, cultural,
functional, urban design,
and/or aesthetic aspects
of the Atlanta BeltLine are
good starting points to consider for potential proposal submissions.

Purpose: To provide additional information and answer questions about the proposals. Question: Hello! I am unable to attend the May 1 Pre-Bid meeting and May 19 is going to be tough. Is there any way to know what the submission requirements are so I can review what you will want us to submit? Many thanks!
Response: Yes. Please see the Open Call attachment within Vendor Registry. Also, an addendum will be placed within Vendor Registry soon with responses to all questions.

Question: If I submitted a proposal but wanted to add a new idea to it after submission can I edit my proposal?
Response: Yes. Go back into the bid and click "Submit Bid" again. You will see the documents that you uploaded in the past listed there with a "Withdraw" button next to each document.
