Description: Sealed bids for the Pratt Park BBQ Pavilion - Bid No.: 023-021 will be received by the City of Prattville at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067, until Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. and at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read.
The bracket estimate for this project is from $175,000.00 to $200,000.00. This bracket range is shown only to provide general financial information to contractors and bonding companies concerning the project’s complexity and size. This bracket should not be used in preparing a bid, nor will this bracket have any bearing on the decision to award the contract. The principal items of work are approximate as follows:
1,800 SF (+/-) Pavilion & Site Work
The entire project shall be completed in 30 consecutive calendar days. To be eligible for consideration, bids must be submitted on complete original proposals made available by the owner. Bid documents (including plans and proposals) are available through the digital plan room at Alabama Graphics, www.algraphicplanroom.com. Bid documents are on file at the Parks & Recreation Department, 424 S. Northington Street, Prattville, AL 36067. No bid documents will be distributed later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled opening of bids.
Each bidder must be licensed as a Contractor in the State of Alabama in accordance with provisions of Chapter 8 of Title 34 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, and must submit with this bid satisfactory evidence of such license. All bids and proposals SHALL be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the Bidder, Bidder’s license number, license expiration date, category, address and name of the project. Envelopes containing bids and proposals must be addressed as follows, and delivered to:
