Description: Sealed bids will be received at City of North Charleston, Purchasing Department, 2500 City Hall Lane, 3rd Floor, Rhett Conference Room, North Charleston, SC 29406 until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 01, 2017 for grounds maintenance on Dorchester Road from the intersection of Parlor Road to the intersection of Michaux Parkway and including the landscaped median area immediately East of the Michaux Parkway intersection. Also included will be a segment of Patriot Boulevard from the intersection of Dorchester Road to the intersection of Ashley Phosphate Road and a section of Club Course Drive from Dorchester Road to Patriot Boulevard.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk through held at 10:00 a.m., Monday May 22, 2017 at the North Charleston Public Works, Building A, Training Room, located at 5800 Casper Padgett Way, North Charleston, SC 29406. All interested bidders will meet inside of the main lobby of Building A, where they will be directed to the Training Conference Room to sign in before embarking on a bus ride to view the areas covered under the scope of work.
