Description: The Escambia County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting bids for roof replacement and wind mitigation services. Scope of work may vary for each house. Mandatory on-site, pre-bid meeting(s) is scheduled for Tuesday, March 8, 2022, starting at 9:00 A.M. You must attend the pre-bid meeting to receive the scope of work. Please meet at the first address shown in the attached document (CRA_3_14_2022). Deadline for quote submission is Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at 5:00 P.M. Contractors must be present at each location that he/she chooses to bid on. Individual bids must be provided. Please see the sample contract for insurance requirements for the program.
