The City of Hueytown is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit vendor proposals for a financial and administrative data processing system to serve the current and projected needs of the City.  The City intends to seek the best solution, based on the representative criteria contained in this RFP, for its data processing needs such as Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Utility Billing, Permits and Inspections, Purchase Order, Cash Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Business License, Taxes, Personnel Time-Keeping, Budgeting and Accounts Receivable.
