Description:

The Hartsville/Trousdale County Government employs over 130 full and part time employees. Approximately 102 full time employees, as well as their qualified family members enjoy employee benefit package which includes options for medical, dental, and vision insurance under the State of Tennessee’s plan. Life, AD&D, STD, and LTD coverages are provided by American Fidelity without contribution by the County. The Mayor’s Office has one Human Resources Assistant who is responsible for benefits administration, employee relations, OSHA compliance, Title VI Compliance, recruitment and retention, ADA Coordination, compensation management, as well as other Mayor’s Office duties.
