Description: Hamilton County Schools (HCS) seeks to contract with a qualified, experienced, and professional Vendor to furnish and install a selection of new HVAC units to replace approximately 20 of the 24 rooftop units (RTU’s) located at Central High School, per the provided and associated project plan set and specifications. The selected units shall be capable of reusing existing roof curbs, and integral existing control dampers.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Mandatory pre-bid will be held August 27, 2025, at 10:00AM at the following location: Central High School 5728 Hwy 58 Chattanooga, TN 37341. Failure to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid will deem Vendor Non-Responsive and therefore ineligible for award.
