Description: The intent of the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) is to obtain proposals from and the services of qualified
Engineering firms to produce detailed design, construction drawings, and specifications for the Bob Hailey Park Access Bridge
Replacement project. This project entails the removal and replacement of the existing bridge that connects Bob Hailey parking lot
to the Bob Hailey Baseball Complex. The design will also address bank erosion surrounding the bridge. The Bob Hailey Park is
located at 8750 Farmington Blvd., Germantown, Tennessee 38139.
