Question: Hello! Does this piece mail as a flat at 8.5 x 11, or does this fold once more to 8.5 x 5.5 and mail as a letter? Thank you

Question: Are we designing or are you submitting artwork? It appears that the mailing would go on our permit. Would we front the money or would you pay the postage before we mail?
Response: Postage can be handled whichever way works best for the vendor. We can pay upfront or be invoiced after mailing. Thank you!
