Description: This project includes transporting an existing natural gas powered emergency generator (from the City’s WWTP located at 9708 Old Brownsville Road, Lakeland TN 38002) and installing it at the new location adjacent to the sanitary sewer lift station located at 3309 Monroe Road. The contractor is responsible for all utility locates in the area of work and for those that may be affected by the construction required for the repair. The location and depths of all utilities shown on the Construction Plans are estimated. All coordination with Memphis Light Gas & Water (MLGW) to connect the generator shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. The City will coordinate with MLGW for the extension of the natural gas line to the site.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 7/31/2025 2:00 PM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 p.m., Local Time, July 31, 2025 at Lakeland City Hall (10001 US HWY 70 Lakeland, TN 38002). A site tour may be held to review the Project following this conference.
