Description: The City of Columbia is seeking to purchase a new and unused diesel powered regenerative air sweeper. The sweeper is to be fully operational when delivered. The sweeper must be capable of sweeping in both forward and reverse directions. The sweeper shall be capable of transporting a full load at speeds up to 55 miles per hours. The sweeper will be used by the Columbia Public Works Department to maintain and control litter and debris on Columbia streets and inlets to storm water outlets. The sweeper must meet but may exceed the specifications as further described .
