Description: Franklin County Fiscal Court in conjunction with the Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo), and the Kentucky League of Cities (KLC), will be accepting bids via a Reverse Online Auction on May 12, 2016 at 2pm Eastern time (1pm Central) for the purchase of road salt for the road department.
