Description: Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is calling for and requesting Qualifications for Planning, Engineering and Environmental Services for the Navarre Community Access Road Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) Study. There has been a need to create an East-West connector as a parallel route for residents north of US 98. The proposed corridor will connect existing collector roads, new proposed connection roads and improve them with paved shoulders, sidewalks, and medians so that pedestrians and bicyclists are removed from the traffic. The project limits are from Edgewood Drive on the western end to Panhandle Trail on the eastern end. US 98 is the Southern Boundary. The study will consist of development and evaluation of alternative corridors to determine preferred alignments.
