Description: The Lee College District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide miscellaneous retail goods & services to include (but not be limited to) office/classroom supplies, instructional materials, reading materials and other general retail items used by Lee College campuses and departments. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. The intent of this request is to establish a list of pre-approved companies or individuals that can provide needed goods/services to the District. If deemed unacceptable or the offered goods/services are outside the scope of this solicitation, no award will be made to the respondent.
The intent of this request is to establish a list of pre-approved companies or individuals that can provide needed services to the Lee College District. The Lee College District reserves the right to determine if a specialized service is acceptable. If the service is deemed unacceptable or goods/services are outside the scope of this solicitation, no award will be made to the respondent. This is an ongoing solicitation; if you have been previously awarded on this RFP, there is no need to respond again. Previously awarded responses are valid through July 31, 2026.
