Would we still be eligible to apply for this RFP if we obtained a business license in the city of Arlington? Or are we ineligible because of our "home base" being different than Arlington?

Response: Yes, your firm will still be eligible to submit a response to this RFP. A Business License is not required to submit a solicitation. However if awarded, a Business License may be required.
