Question: My agency has been doing MHSS for over 8 years. We serve the Hampton Roads area currently but are looking to expand as well. Would we still be eligible to apply for this RFP if we obtained a business license in the city of Arlington? Or are we ineligible because of our "home base" being different than Arlington?
Response: Yes, your firm will still be eligible to submit a response to this RFP. A Business License is not required to submit a solicitation. However if awarded, a Business License may be required.

These services will be provided at the BHD central location at 2120 Washington Blvd, Arlington, Virginia, 22204, for the Community Support Team A – Young Adult Program and the Clarendon House – Psychosocial Day Treatment Program. However, the cost proposal instructions in the RFP state that the bidder shall provide a unit rate based on the Medicaid unit definition for MHSS. Is what is outlined in the RFP intended as a single-rate service versus three distinct services, each of which may result in a different unit rate?
