Description: Williamson County is accepting bids for Bethesda Community Center, Phase 2. This phase includes the Pickleball and Tennis Complex, which includes six (6) pickleball and four (4) tennis courts. The scope also includes site development for a restroom building, a storage building along with associated pedestrian, court, and parking lot paving systems, and other site amenities. Coordination with electrical systems and sports lighting which will be provided under a separate agreement with the Owner will also be included. Site address is 4662 Bethesda Road, Thompson’s Station, TN 37179. The pre-bid conference will be held at the site on January 19, 2023, 2:00 P.M. Bids will be opened February 2, 2023, 2:00 P.M.
