Description: The City of LaGrange was awarded an Innovative Grant from the Department of Community Affairs. As part of the process, we have to procure the services of an Architect. This notice is being sent out to solicit architectural services to convert the gymnasium into a workforce training facility. The desire is to have open space learning with classroom instruction within the space. The workforce training area should consist of space for plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical, etc. The space should also include a Director’s Office, renovation of the restrooms, and installation of roll-up doors to be cut into, exterior, and façade upgrades.
