Description: The Escambia County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting bids for roof replacement services. Scope of work may vary for each house. Mandatory on-site, pre-bid meeting(s) is scheduled for Thursday, February 11, 2021 starting at 9:00 A.M. You must attend the pre-bid meeting to receive the scope of work. Please meet at the first address shown in the attached solicitation document.. Deadline for quote submission is Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 12 P.M. Bids must be submitted on Vendor Registry. Individual bids must be provided for each house that you choose to bid on. Contractor must submit copy of Contractor's License and Certificates of Insurance with submittal or it will not be accepted. Please see the sample contract for insurance requirements for the program. You do not have to bid on each house. The CRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
