Question: When will the bid be awarded and how will we be notified of award?

Response: This bid closes 5/23/22 at 10:00 AM. Once closed we will submit all bids to the school board. They meet to make these decisions on the third Thursday of every month. The board will collectively decide who will be awarded with the bid. Whoever that may be will then be notified.

Response: Fuel must be of the less than 15-ppm Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel type (ULSD) legal for on-highway use and meet or exceed ASTM specifications

Question: Quick question, It states that you would like prices to be bid on May 23 2022, however it also states that you would like OPIS documentation for May 20 2022. In order to be accurate, the bid price date would need to match the OPIS documentation date to ensure we are all on the same page. Thank you!

Response: Respondents shall enclose with each bid, Oil Price Information Service (OPIS), documentation authenticating the posted rack price of the product being bid. In order to allow time for submission of bids, this documentation shall be dated May 20, 2022

Question: If we do not attend the bid opening, how and when will we be notified of the low bidder and can we receive a copy of the bid tabulations?

Response: There is not a public bid opening. The award recommendation will go through the school board and then the board memo with bid tabulation will be attached to the solicitation in vendor registry for vendors to view.
