Description: The City of Springfield, Tennessee will receive separate sealed bids for the Springfield Water Treatment Plant Flocculation-Sedimentation Basin Crack Repair project at the Office of the City Recorder at City Hall, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, Tennessee 37172 until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, September 8, 2016, and, then, at said time, publicly open and read the bids aloud. Any bids received after 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, September 8, 2016 will not be opened and will be rejected. The outside of the sealed envelope shall include the Bid Number 985 and shall clearly indicate that the sealed envelope contains a bid for a water treatment plant project. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. See attached document for additional information regarding the bid.
