Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday; January 23, 2018, in the County Engineering Training Room, 505 S. Commerce Ave., Sebring, Florida 33870. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum where the Bidders can further familiarize themselves with the Specifications of the ITB. The County will only accept Bid submittals from Bidders that are represented during the entire pre-bid meeting and are signed in on the sign-in sheet as primary Bidders. The public is invited to attend this meeting. Arrival after the meeting is called to order will be noted on the sign-in sheet, and Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that were late.
