Question: 1. Whether companies from Outside USA can apply for this? (like,from India or Canada) 2. Whether we need to come over there for meetings? 3. Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA? (like, from India or Canada) 4. Can we submit the proposals via email?

Response: 1. Any company with the requested security and software qualifications and specifications is invited to submit proposals. 2. You can propose to have meetings, trainings, etc. via Skype or other remote software. 3. If you can meet all the requirements of the RFP specifications from outside the USA, please specify in your proposal how you plan to do so. Please keep in mind that some records only have physical copies. 4. No, proposals must be hand-delivered or physically mailed.

Response: The County wishes to know with which SCADA systems your software is compatible.

Question: How many users / concurrent users will be accessing the CMMS?

Response: As stated in the RFP specifications, the proposals should include a minimum of eight (8) users for the CMMS software and five (5) for the wastewater data and compliance management software.

Response: One plant uses VTScada and the other is using Mission Control. Dorsett Technologies supplies the integration framework.

Must generate an approved South Carolina Department of Health (SCDHEC) and Environment National Pollution Discharge and Elimination (NPDES) report. Can you provide samples of these documents ? are they available in MS Word Template? 1.6.1. Must function with all Dorchester County Information Technology systems. Can you provide a list of the systems that require integration? and are those systems currently supporting integrations amongst themselves ? if so, what type of integration is in place ie. Import/export, API, DDE ?

Response: 1. Cloud base service is an option. 2. We currently use an excel spreadsheet. An example will be posted. 3. As it stands now, this will be a stand-alone operation, but we may integrate it with our SCADA systems in the future to track run times. One site uses VTScada and the other site uses Mission Control.
