Description: The selected consultant will provide professional design services for a project that will utilize USDA funds, the project proposes to have a 38,820 sf multi-use facility that includes an Early Learning Childcare center, a multipurpose gymnasium, workout studios, fitness spaces, food distribution, community meeting space, and locker rooms. The community center will also house a fitness airnasium and an outdoor aquatic training center with seating space. The site has roughly 35,000 sf of outdoor greenspace that has the potential for future outdoor amenity spaces.
