Dawson County Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit sealed submissions from qualified bidders for materials and labor to construct a berm at Rock Creek Park, Dawsonville, GA.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting to be held on October 9, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., at the Rock Creek Park Main Building, located at 445 Martin Road, Dawsonville, GA 30534, located off of Hwy 9 South, Dawsonville, GA.

Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org or faxed to 706-531-2728 by 1:00 p.m., on October 15, 2019.  All answers will be posted to website no later than October 21, 2019, by 1:00 PM, EST. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner.

Sealed bids may be delivered to 25 Justice Way, Suite 2223, Dawsonville, GA 30534 until 10:30AM, on October 25, 2019.
