Description: This project is located off Highway 278 near Buckwalter Parkway in Bluffton, South Carolina. This project includes landscape and irrigation work along two separate County frontage road sections on Saint Gregory Drive. The East section of Saint Gregory Drive is located between the Bluffton Fire Department and the Saint Gregory the Great Campus and is approximately 800 lineal feet length. The West section of Saint Gregory Drive is located between Berkeley Hall and the Saint Gregory the Great Campus and is approximately 600 lineal feet in length. In order to conform to the Thoroughfare Standards of the Community Development Code, street trees must be installed per the Landscape Plan attached.
