Call Chet Frazier, GM of The Legacy, at 615-384-4653 for complete bid information and instructions. Specifications can also be downloaded at www.springfield-tn.org. Bids must be received in the Office of the City Recorder, City Hall, 405 N. Main St., Springfield, TN 37172 by 2:30 PM local time, Tuesday, January 7, 2020, when bid packages will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
