Question 1

Posted: 9/27/2023

Question: On page 7, specifically item 7, it states that the Right of Way Services Lead should be an employee of a firm on the SCDOT list of Approved Right of Way Acquisition Consultants and demonstrate a history of work on projects like those in the County’s program. The SCDOT has advised that they are not going to renew the list of Approved Right of Way Acquisition Consultants are they are in the process of communicating this with the counties. Seeing as how this list has expired, and will not be renewed, should this be a requirement for the Right of Way Services Lead?

Response: An addendum will be issued to change #7 on Page 7 to read: 7. Right of Way Services Lead The Right of Way Services Lead should demonstrate their knowledge and ability to provide right of way acquisition services per the Scope of Work and a history of work on projects like those in the County’s program.

Response: Any firms conducting business within the County will need a County business license.
