REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP):

Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. July 30, 2020 at the office of the Johnson County Purchasing Agent 211 North Church Street, Mountain City, TN 37683, on the following items for the Johnson County Government.

RFP’s for: Sheriff’s Department Records Management Software Per Requirements;

Specifications are available at the Purchasing Agent’s office. Interested parties may contact the Purchasing Agent at 423-727-7861. Johnson County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.

Overview: Question: Can you please tell me if the Sheriff’s Department will require a data conversion from their legacy record management system for this project? Response: Yes for all vendor's we need software conversion from our old databases.

Overview: What is the Sworn/Civilian count who need to use the software? Approx. 25 How many CAD seats does the County maintain? We do not use CAD, Our 911 center does that seperately. Does the Sheriff plan to use mobile devices (in car computers) to use the software? Yes Does the Sheriff maintain Holding Cell(s)? yes 3 Does the Sheriff require a data sharing interface with REJIS? We don't use REJIS
