resources such as books, media, and computers to sites of various terrain
including parking lots, fields, and dirt roads. The trailer should be suitable
for staff to easily move book carts in and out, have public access to resources
within the trailer, and be powered for amenities such as air-conditioning,
lighting, and computer equipment. A finished interior ready and suitable to
install book shelving is required.

Question: Are seated areas needed in the trailer? Are staff work areas needed in the trailer? How many books are going in the trailer What type of shelf's are going in the trailer Are the walls to be covered with at least 1/2" plywood and than white FRP to support weight? Is there any floor covering in the trailer? Is there a budget on the trailer ,there are different types and values in base trailers . A
Response: Please see the basic design added to this solicitation for informational purposes. We are estimating 1,200 pounds of books to be appropriately distributed out across 12-15 feet. There would likely be a desk or drop down table for staff at the front with a special display against the wall, not more than 100 pounds. Shelving will be available on the other side with the doors. These shelves would potentially carry 120 pounds each. We are estimating 62 linear feet of books. We anticipate purchasing ACORE shelving.

Question: The ceiling is covered the walls are only insulated?
Response: Both ceiling and the three walls are to be insulated and covered.

Question: Drawing shows 2 entry /exit doors and rear ramp. Is that correct? Are we building out the interior as the drawing shows or the written specifications?
Response: The drawing is meant to supplement the quotation document. The specifications are general in nature and the price sheet provide additional items. Please reference Items 1 and 11 for the side and ramp references.
