contractors for the purpose of installing new stormwater infrastructure in the Woodstock Dog
Park of Dupree Road to improve the overall drainage within the park, hereinafter referred to as
the “PROJECT”. The work includes, but is not limited to installing HDPE pipe, filter fabric,
washed stone and grading.

Question: Is there a meeting id for the Zoom bid opening or do we need to be present at City of Woodstock Annex to hear the bid results?
Response: A zoom link will be sent out with addendum 1 when the question deadline has passed.

Question: A majority of the mulch on site is saturated. Will this be able to be stockpiled and respread, or assumed as unsuitable and hauled off?
Response: Please dispose of old mulch and haul off.

Question: Due to the varying levels of mulch currently on site, there may not be enough to stockpile and reuse. Being that we need a one foot minimum of coverage could a pay item, with a quantity, be added for the additional mulch?
Response: Contractor to stockpile mulch as needed while underdrain system is being installed and re-spread evenly after storm drainpipe is installed; Cost included in price of grading complete. See section 2.2 b.
