Renovations include converting a large conference room into an office and a smaller conference room, refinishing all flooring and walls, and replacing all interior doors.

Please provide the required Grade, Cut, Veneer, Finish, etc. required for Wood Doors (i.e.
Grade “A” Plain Sliced Red Oak with Custom Stain).
Wood door specification added to Sheet A000 (attached).
Door Hardware for Opening 105 (Toilet 105)
• Door Schedule indicates Hardware Set 2 for Opening 105 (Entry Lockset). Questioning if
Hardware Set 3 is more appropriate for this Opening (perhaps less Surface Closer).
Door 105 shall be Hardware Set 3 minus Surface Closer. See Door Schedule on Sheet
A110 (attached).
Opening 113 (Mechanical 113)
• Door Schedule indicates Hardware Set 5 for Opening 113 with Fire Rated Rim Exit. No Fire-
Rating is indicated on the Door Schedule for this or any other Opening. Please clarify the
required Fire-Rating for this Opening.
Door 113 shall match rating on existing door. If no rating is visible, use B-Label. See Door
